Do I need a card to start a trial?
No card is needed for invited accounts. Every paid plan includes a 30-day free trial, and you only add payment details if you decide to keep going.
How much do I save by paying yearly?
Yearly plans cost about ten months of the monthly price: $190 instead of $228 on Simple Start, $390 instead of $468 on Essentials, $590 instead of $708 on Plus and $1,290 instead of $1,548 on Advanced.
Do accountant seats count as users?
No. Accountant seats are free and separate from your user limit: two on Simple Start, Essentials and Plus, three on Advanced.
What happens if I outgrow my plan?
Upgrade from inside the app whenever you need more users or features. Your data stays exactly where it is.
Is Cheery Books really free for accountants?
Yes. Firm Core costs nothing and has no client limit. Firm Accelerate adds practice management for $79 a month, with a 30-day trial.
