Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every paid plan starts with a 30-day free trial and you do not need a card to start. You can also explore a ready-made demo company from the sign-in page without creating an account.

Can I move over from QuickBooks Online?

Cheery Books will feel familiar if you have used QuickBooks Online, and you can import your lists and data to get started. Developers can also use our QuickBooks Online-compatible API, so existing integrations map over with little change.

Can my accountant work in my books?

Yes. Every company plan includes free accountant seats (two on most plans, three on Advanced), and accountants can manage all their clients from a free Firm Core workspace.

How many people can use Cheery Books?

Simple Start is for one user, Essentials for up to 3, Plus for up to 5 and Advanced for up to 25, plus your accountant seats.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Upgrade when you need more users or features, or pay yearly to save. Simple Start is $190 a year instead of $228.

Does Cheery Books include an AI assistant?

Yes. Every company plan includes monthly AI credits for the built-in assistant, from 30 on Simple Start up to 1,000 on Advanced.
